Since the first Early Access release in late 2015, we have received hundreds if not thousands of emails and messages from people asking for hardware support. As software developers, we couldn’t help you and that makes us sad 🙁
For the last few months we have been sending out our team to attend hardware courses all over the world, getting detailed lessons from hardware manufacturers on how to connect their remotes to your PC. The Liftoff team is now able to put this knowledge to good use. We are proud to announce the Liftoff Tech Service (LTS). With LTS, you no longer have to struggle with any hardware issues.
What does LTS do?
- Help setup/calibrate the controller or remote
- Help connecting your controller or remote
- Bring the right cable or dongle if needed
- In case of lose connections, hold your cable in place while you play
How does it work?
Send us an email using the contact form on the Liftoff website. Us the special subject name LTS01042017. In the “Message” field, explain your specific hardware issue and send us your address.
The LTS team will take care of the rest.
The LTS team will be available for help during weekdays between 9 am and 5 pm Brussels time. Help should be requested a minimum of 48 hours in advance. This service is provided as part of the Liftoff Early Access program; no additional costs will be charged. Service only available in the EU region.
